Bookers 6 Year Old – 2017 – Batch 3 – For this cask-strength bourbon we have Jim Beam’s grandson, Booker Noe, to thank. These six-year-old bottlings are produced in small batches, from only the most promising barrels. It’s hefty stuff at 62.7%, but with the addition of a drop or two of water, that corn-heavy mashbill is in strong evidence. One for purists.
